Hey!

T. Blair Hudson

My name is Tarynce Blair Hudson and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Personal Training. I’ve been training clients for almost a year, however, fitness and health have always been an important part of my life and I want to share my passion to help others on along their own fitness journey. My specialties are Cardio, Mobility, and Strength Endurance. I’m also an avid cyclist and runner. Its more than just a workout, it’s a lifestyle change. The process is the most important part to me.

Flo Love

Greetings, My Name is Florence Love. I’m a firm advocate for Taekwondo, Yoga, and Meditation in being a strong reason for the healing of my mind, body, soul and well-being.

I’ve been training in Taekwondo for 14 years; I’m a 3rd degree black belt, and also an instructor. I started practicing yoga and meditation 10 years ago and now a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher. Yoga is known for its ability to ease stress and promote relaxation. Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Many people use it as a way to reduce stress, depression, emotional balance, increase focus, creativity, reduce pain, anxiety and develop concentration.
