About This Program
This 2-month program is great for anyone new to exercising. You are not too heavy or too old for this program. Demonstration videos are available for each exercise so that you can be sure you are performing it correctly. The program starts off easy and builds in volume as the weeks progress. There are 3 workout days per 7-day week (Each week you'll workout for 3 days). You do not need a gym membership. however you may need a set of light dumbbells or something you can use as dumbbells, such as two water bottles or heavy books. You'll be added as a True-coach client and you'll receive, via email, each workout day on the days you're scheduled to workout. Each workout day gets progressively longer with more exercises.
