About This Program
Fresh new workout to break the norm, however, still easy enough for anyone who's new to the gym. Here are some challenging at-home exercises that'll make you feel accomplished and wanting more. Scheduled duration is one month but you're more than welcome to repeat as many times as you like. 3 days per week for 4 weeks.
