About This Program

This 1-month hip mobility program is designed to help loosen and strengthen hip joints, ligaments, muscles, and tendons. You'll exercise 3 days a week in this program. Our bodies were designed to move; move easily and without pain. Our hip flexors at the front of our hips tend to be stiff causing us to slouch, making it difficult to walk and even get out of bed. Move with freedom with this new hip program. Remember the people in the videos are trainers so don't compare yourself to them and just do your best. Consistency is key; results will show itself towards the end.
