In-Home Personal Training
Service Description
In your home sessions are $40 plus mileage and fees. I have my own equipment but if you have your own then that is even better. Most workouts will use smaller modalities and body weight. Please call or book a Fitness Consultation before purchasing this program. I service Central Arkansas.

Cancellation Policy
As the trainer, I will give you no less than one month’s notice if I must cancel a class. Both parties may request to reschedule at any time, if an alternate day and/or time is available. There is a $100 Plan cancellation fee. Cancellation fee will be waived if client is downgraded or upgrading their plan. Any refunds will be given in the form of a money order. All participants must perform a fitness assessment before participating in group training. BlairTheBiker Fitness & Wellness, or its affiliates, is not responsible for any injuries brought forth during or after fitness session; BlairTheBiker Fitness & Wellness will take extensive measurements to make sure every participant is safe from getting injured.
